Nettle is a nutrient-dense herb, rich in easily-assimilated vitamins A, C, D, and K, as well as calcium, potassium, phosphorous, iron and sulfur. Nettle tincture is an excellent digestive bitter that helps your digestion and gut health.
This herb is helpful in battling seasonal allergies because of nettle’s anti-inflammatory properties and adrenal-supporting nutrients. I've had allergy symptoms disappear within 20 minutes of taking the tincture.
It is well known as a uterine tonic and also strengthens kidneys and adrenals. Nettle has the highest chlorophyll content of any plant making it an excellent food.
The calcium content makes it an excellent herb to take for easing leg cramps and muscle spasms. Nettle’s calcium content also affects the uterus, helping to diminish pain during and after birth.
Nettle is also a remedy for hemorrhoids, its astringency will help tighten and strengthen blood vessels and reduce this problem.
Use 1-3 dropper in 4 ounces of water. For allergies, use 2 dropper daily to prevent symptoms. To use as a digestive bitter, take 1 dropper under your tongue or in 4 ounces of water 10-15 minutes before a meal.
If you would like to purchase this tincture, I have it for sale in my Shopify store under the Collections tab.
