The chamomile plants are grown in my flower beds using organic methods. The tiny flowers are harvested at their peak for optimum freshness then infused in 100% vodka for 4-6 weeks.
Tinctures are concentrated, liquid forms of herbal medicine that are easy to assimilate. Take doses in tea or water. If you're concerned about the alcohol, tinctures used in hot water will let the alcohol evaporate off.

Chamomile may have adverse effects if you are taking anti-convulsant medications or sedatives.
