The motherwort plants are harvested in pristine wild open areas away from people and farms. The leaves and flowers are harvested at their peak for optimum freshness then infused in olive oil for 4-6 weeks.
Tinctures are concentrated, liquid forms of herbal medicine that are easy to assimilate. Take doses in tea, coffee or water. If you're concerned about the alcohol, tinctures used in hot water will let the alcohol evaporate off.
Motherwort tincture regulates and tones the functioning of the thyroid, blood vessels, liver, heart, and uterus. For best results use 5-25 drops of tincture in a glass of water daily for 3 months. Take motherwort tincture as a heart tonic, helps prevent heart attacks in women and men.
Used regularly, motherwort calms, supports, and strengthens you and helps relax and release any tension. It is not sedating, but calming, leaving you ready for your day. Try 10-20 drops as soon as you feel your nerves starting to fray or just before a stressful event. Repeat every five minutes if needed.

I fall back to sleep in minutes after drinking the water.
Do not give to children. Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing.
